What a fun session! Some people think that headshot sessions must be boring and stuffy, but often we all end up laughing and having a great time. On a pretty day, we can wander outside the shoppe and see how the pretty the light can be. This was perfect for Annalisa and her carefree personality.
As part of my ‘Live’ menu. I offer services in corporate, competitive (pageant) and social headshots. January is now past and the pageant season is now starting to rev up. I had a wonderful experience this past weekend judging the preliminary Sunburst pageant at the Avenues mall. It reminded me that many folks might not have a plan in place for their pageant headshots. My first bit of advice is not to put it off to last minute. Quality takes time and you want the best shots you can possible have. Book now while we still have cool weather and sunny skies.
Studio sessions begin at $100 and you can get a natural light portfolio session for $275. This session includes 3 looks and 6 retouched images. You probably want to know “why so cheap?” As you might know, you will need MANY photos over the years competing in pageant. I want the sport to be affordable and have you coming back to see me every year.
2015 hit the ground fast and running. So fast I forgot to share my current special that is featured in Family! magazine. IN-STUDIO HEADSHOT SPECIAL that is running through March 6th for $75. Now this session was a true test to how many people would fit in my studio. Including myself, we had nine! Can you imagine it? It was even mostly comfortable. C. B.’s family is a fun group. I love seeing all the playful antics and dynamics. I got to play with another card layout. I LOVE CARDS! I will definitely be making the same offer next year!

I not only started a rebuild, but I moved my domain as well. I found this wonderful place to shoot near my studio that actually looks like Fall (in late November). This will be my favorite location for a while… or until they put up a large fence, LOL! Ms. M. and her two boys were a blast to hang out with. We were fearing rain and the wind was gusting but the pictures turned out amazing!
